I'm Ready To Purchase A Car, But What Do I Need?
After spending days looking for the perfect vehicle, you finally find it. Now all you need to do is purchase the vehicle of your dreams. However, before you finish the process of purchasing your new vehicle, there are a few bits of information that you need to bring with you to the Finance and Insurance (F&I) office of your local dealership. The F&I staff will help you settle the financial transactions associated with buying your new vehicle once you supply them with the necessary information.
So what exactly do you need to provide to the F&I staff to settle the finances of your new vehicle? You will need to provide them with a complete credit application. The components of this credit application include:
- Your Name
- Your Social Security Number
- Your Date of Birth
- Your Address and Living History
- Your Employment and Work History
- Your Total Gross Monthly Income
- Your Existing Credit Account Information
Once the F&I office has this information, they can help finish the financial transactions of your new car so you can drive it home and call it your very own.
